How this site handles your data

Short version: the site itself stores nothing about you. Analytics runs only if you allow it. The application form sends your answers to Kratos by email and keeps no copy here. The call booking and the coaching app are separate services, and each asks you only for what it needs.

Who we are

Power Up by Kratos (PUK) is the online personal training service of António João Silva, a personal trainer based in Madrid, Spain. He is responsible for the personal data described on this page.

What this website collects

This is a static website with a single form, the coaching application, and no accounts, comments or database. To deliver the pages, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, as any web server does. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.

Analytics, only with your permission

If you choose Accept analytics in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the page is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location by country, device and browser type. Google sets cookies for this and processes the data under its own privacy policy.

If you choose Only necessary, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google Analytics. Your choice is saved in your browser so the banner does not come back. You can change your choice at any time.

The application form

The Apply for coaching form is on this site. It asks for your name, email, your training goal, years of training, country, coaching language, the tier you are considering, and whether you want a 15-minute call first; WhatsApp number and Instagram handle are optional. When you send it, a small function on our hosting provider, Cloudflare, checks that the sender is a person using Cloudflare Turnstile (which processes connection data such as your IP address for that check only) and then emails your answers to Kratos through Resend, an email delivery service. Nothing is stored on the site or in a database: the application exists only as that email, in Kratos's mailbox, and in the confirmation sent to you. We use it only to read your application and reply to you. We keep it only as long as needed to reply and, if you join, for the time you are coached.

Booking a call, payments and the app

Booking a call uses Google Calendar's appointment page. Payments and coaching happen in the PUK app, built on Everfit, with card payments processed by Stripe. Each of these services has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to the address below and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
